Another Lawsuit for Bristol Palin's Reality Show By Kyle Massey ~VIDEO

As the reality of Bristol Palin's semi-scripted life sank in for her viewers Tuesday night, the heft of the U.S. justice system was launched at the producers of her new reality TV show.
Kyle Massey, one of Palin's fellow "Dancing with the Stars" contestants, along with his brother, Christopher, and mother, Angela, filed a lawsuit Tuesday alleging that producer David McKenzie stole the concept for Palin's show from them, TMZ first reported.
Apparently, Sarah Palin's 21-year-old daughter and her daughter's 2-year-old son, Tripp, were originally scheduled to star in a Bio Channel show alongside the Massey brothers, whom they were supposed to live with in Los Angeles.
The Masseys are claiming in their 31-page lawsuit that McKenzie, the producer of "Bristol Palin: Life's A Tripp," which premiered on Lifetime Tuesday night , stole their idea, cut them out of it and, thus, they are entitled upwards of $500,000, TMZ reported.
"We created the show, registered the show and did all the legwork to bring this idea to TV and to the defendants, who stole our concept," Angela Massey said in a prepared statement, E! reported.
Palin is not listed as a defendant in the suit. Associated Television International, which owns Lifetime and is a defendant, declined to comment on the lawsuit. More
